Through training and experience, my approach is informed by a blend of mindfulness and somatic experiencing practices to help clients regulate amidst unsettling experiences and process difficult emotions;Internal Family Systems to achieve balance and heal traumatic wounds; psychodynamic and relational to achieve insight into and resolve interpersonal issues.
