I specialize in clients ages 12+ who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, family/relationship issues, single parenting, and first responders/essential workers. I also work with couples utilizing the Gottman Couples Therapy Method, helping them work together to reach the best version of themselves in and out of their significant relationships.
I am dedicated and passionate about helping people live the best version of the life they choose for themselves.
