You are not alone! I offer women's psychoeducation and process groups designed to help you heal from trauma. Make connections and strengthen each other in a safe, supported environment. Virtual and in-person groups are available. While I have a waitlist for individual therapy, I am always accepting new group clients.

Infertility Support & Process Group
Psychoeducation and process group facilitated by a licensed counselor for individuals and couples coping with fertility issues. Process through the unique grief and stressors of infertility in a safe, supportive environment with others who understand. Offered in-person every other Saturday. I am always accepting new group clients.

Process Groups for ADHD and Autistic Adults
This group is for adults diagnosed with ADHD or Autism or who suspect they may have ADHD or that they are Autistic. It focuses on process, support, building community and effective strategies for managing executive dysfunction, self-advocacy, responding to ableism, navigating social systems, and dealing with sensory overload. Group sessions are 50$ cash, insurance coverage may be available depending on your plan. I am always accepting new group members. Virtual and in-person groups are available.
