Hello, My name is Dr. Kaity Brock, LPC, Ph.D. I am a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience, and I am based in the DFW area. I enjoy working with adults, teens, children and couples to achieve collaborative goals. For instance, you may be struggling with adjustment, anxiety, trauma, depression, interpersonal crises, with issues pertaining to cultural identity or many other life stressors; we can set goals together and tackle them a little bit at a time.
I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, and I use EMDR to help people cope with distressing trauma memories. EMDR can help people understand and process memories and help people learn where they’ve become stuck in their healing. I also particularly enjoy working on relational issues and with ADHD.
