Together, we work toward a more congruent sense of self, expressed and empowered. I enjoy working primarily with men and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional and relational issues.
I truly love being with my clients and exploring their challenges, identifying the root cause, and moving through emotional stuckness with them. I often find that taking time to be with the parts of you that need to be seen, heard, and nurtured can be the most effective way to get where you're trying to go, and I am with you every step!
