I particularly enjoy youth (2 years and older), parents and family systems. Common themes: Neurodivergence and Attachment. Experience with Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse and Trauma and Residencial Treatment. Learning your communication style, Nero type, feelings and core beliefs are key in learning more effective patterns and building connection.
I have over 10 years supporting people age 2-65 in person sessions or via zoom through collaborative therapy.
