I approach our work together from a Narrative Therapy perspective, while integrating other modalities. I believe that acknowledging one’s culture and the impact it has on our mental health is necessary and invaluable to the therapeutic process. I enjoy being able to help you find the crux of an issue and collaboratively explore how it impacts your life.
I strive to be authentic and relatable to my clients. In therapy, I work with my clients to identify and utilize their passions to foster growth.
