I’m a curious and passionate counselor with a special interest in helping my clients uncover the 'whys' in life. If you’ve ever wondered why you react a certain way, behave a certain way, or even view something a certain way, you have also wondered about the same 'whys'. Uncovering each person’s 'whys' and figuring out the value that knowledge has is specific to each individual, but understanding ourselves and our behaviors with more clarity is a priceless endeavor for everyone. If you find yourself frustrated with some of your own behaviors and seeking a change, that's where I come in!
Using a highly integrative approach, I enter counseling with a large box of tools and an open mind. While there are commonalities that we all share as humans, the individual experiences we have and how those combine with our specific environments is what creates the uniqueness that, for better or worse, make us the people we are.
My journey to counseling came through the abundance I found in my own personal therapy journey, combined with a passion of hearing and helping others. I believe our life stories are a constant and ever-changing thing that we can only find the full worth of when we embrace them and identify our 'whys'.
