The Gardening Club - A Women's Process Group

The Gardening club is an open process therapy group for women from 30 to 55 years who are looking to engage in self-growth, feel supported, and feel more connected with themselves and others. The group is a safe space to receive support and encouragement, increase self-confidence and self-understanding, process, understand, and manage emotions, explore and understand how you react to others, and practice self-expression and communication.
