Everyone is experiencing the quarantine uniquely: Extreme isolation, crowded homes, overwhelm of working and/or parenting from home, loss of income, feeling directionless or antsy, or enjoying a type of stay-cation from daily life. For everyone, it's an opportunity for reflection and looking inwards. We will: Share experiences, learn techniques for stress reduction, grounding, and focus, set small intentions, and self-reflect on internal ah-ha's, and areas we wish to grow. I will: use group discussion, writing prompts, and teach somatic and mindfulness activities to support wellness and growth during this time. Sliding scale available.

Our world today is so fast paced, with so many obligations, expectations, and rapid changes happening daily. Not to mention the tension on a global level both politically and environmentally. I offer a 1.5 hour group each week where you will practice effective relaxation skills that target your nervous system and mind. Time will be provided to debrief and get personal support. I will lead the group through physical and mental exercises that calm the mind and body. All exercises are accessible to all body types and physical abilities. This group is forming- time and date dependent on participants
