Hi I’m Julie and I’m here if you want to talk. I'm a Licensed Psychotherapist that offers approachable mental health services. I offer a casual approach for those that might be a bit intimidated by the process of starting therapy. I work with children, adolescents/teens and adults who may need a little extra support navigating social relationships, building self-esteem, navigating stress or mood changes, or who may be having trouble balancing the demands of school, work, and/or relationships. I'm also a Neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ experienced provider. I can provide a Superbill to submit for insurance reimbursement.
Whether you're a parent looking for support for your child/teen going through a difficult time or you're a young professional trying to balance work, friendships, romantic relationships, I am here for you. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to help clients handle life's challenges.
Please contact me for a consultation or to answer any questions you may have. I'm here if you want to talk.
