I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I would describe myself as a transparent and relational therapist. Going through any phase of life can have its tough times. Life stress and transitions can influence anxiety, depression, relationships, and more. I believe having a safe space to talk through your thoughts and feelings can transform your mental health. However difficult these times may be, I believe it can take time and support to explore how each person can have a voice in how they process their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. I offer video sessions and in-person sessions.
