Whether this involves confronting your innermost feelings, examining the past & letting go of learned defenses, or you are looking for help in overcoming other tough challenges in life, I will walk alongside you to find direction & support in this journey. I enjoy working with clients in exploring ways to learn to live in the “here & now” successfully. Aligning with a client’s goals & needs, my approach is to provide a safe, secure space to move through self-discovery, healing & empowerment.

I have over 22 years of clinical experience working with adults & children. Although I am skilled in an array of issues, my most significant background is in anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma/abuse, life changes & grief. I find meaning in mindfulness & developing healthy thought processes toward peace, a sense of wellbeing of mind, body & spirit.
