The heart of my practice is working with soon to be and hope to be moms, young women transitioning to adulthood, women in ministry, children, adolescents, and families.

I help women understand their experiences and support them as they develop resources, strategies, and skills for coping so that they can experience renewal and healing and reconnect with family and friends.

I work with a variety of clients who range in age, issues, and identity so you may find you have been referred to me but don't "fit" one of the groups listed here. I can still help you and I'd be really happy to talk with you.
