Taking a collaborative approach, I work with individuals on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship and communication problems, feelings of powerlessness, low self-esteem, work-related difficulties and life transitions.
I'm fluent in French and enjoy drawing on my past experience as an American who lived for years in France to help expatriates deal with the unique challenges and complex emotions of living abroad. My specialities also include working with individuals navigating difficult family and relationship dynamics.
