Online DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)
(DBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based treatment developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan. Those of us who have difficulty managing intense or painful emotions need a variety of tools to cope effectively. DBT combines the best of cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices to deliver healthy skills and strategies to the people who need it most. DBT has been shown to be an effective treatment for a wide variety of chronic conditions including personality disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD and substance abuse. Class is online with a new round beginning every 10 weeks.

DBT Informed Skills Class for Teens
During this 6 week class teens ages 16-18 will learn the foundational skills of DBT (Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Regulation and Distress Tolerance) using creative interventions and practical hands on activities. This class is designed to empower young adults with the skills needed to to overcome challenges related to anxiety and depression symptoms. It is also well suited for those needing tools to manage ADHD symptoms or challenges related to time management, executive functioning and overwhelm.
