I have experience working with people of all age groups and backgrounds that struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy and I utilize several treatment styles including Psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and Mindfulness practices.
