I'm Julia and I help adults work through generational (complex) trauma alleviate their anxiety, change patterns of perfectionism, people pleasing, and codependency and connect deeply with themselves and those they love. Let's break cycles of generational trauma together!

I specialize in working with adults and couples, especially parents, and as a queer therapist I passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community. I help connect you with your inner child and understand your past trauma and the way you connect to others. If you're feeling anywhere from conflicted and confused, to overwhelmed and in panic mode, I can help.

I use a modern approach that is warm, safe, and non-judgmental with humor & transparency. This shit is hard and there is no right way to heal from trauma and you definitely don't have to do it alone.
