I offer Somatic Experiencing to those who want more relief for chronic symptoms. Through mindful attention to physical sensations and emotions, past experiences or traumas can be gently explored in a way that isn't overwhelming, without having to talk about the trauma. Integrating past traumas on a body level can free you to live more fully in the present.
