Therapy might be intimidating to start, but I like to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible for you. With my client-centered approach, I want to focus on what you want to talk about. It could be a recent relationship that is causing you stress or anxiety or maybe you're grieving the loss of something, I would be honored to be listening ear to provide empathy and feedback from wherever you're coming from.
