This is a personal and career skill development course that I have taught to hundreds of people in the USA and internationally over many years. This interactive communication seminar is both education and support for long-term life changes to increase intrapersonal and interpersonal effectiveness. Participants must practice skills both in the group and in their life. It is also a wonderful method to become a better parent and to raise successful, confident children. Ten Days To Self Esteem
This group follows the workbook "Ten Days To Self Esteem" by David Burns, M.D., expert in cognitive behavioral therapy. The seminar addresses self esteem, relationships, communication, anxiety, depression and much more! A commitment to complete the workbook assignments between groups and to attend all 10 meetings is necessary. Group members are selected for compatibility. Day, time and virtual/in person are determined by the group. (everywhere in the USA and English speaking international citizens are invited)

Resilience: Bounce Up, Not Back!
Join an informal, virtual small group that is fun, educational and supportive. We will navigate through challenges at home, work and as parents as we develop our resilience muscle. We'll learn the best resiliency practices and learn from one another. Never do anything hard alone! The commitment is for five 90 minute meetings.
