Welcome to my therapy practice. I offer in-depth and integrative therapy to clients seeking to alleviate mental health symptoms and restore their relationships with themselves and others. My approach suits clients seeking to understand themselves better, overcome unresourceful patterns, and integrate their inner guidance to increase their capacity to engage with life in harmony with their values, feelings and needs.
My training is both clinical and humanistic-existential. My approach integrates Gestalt, psychodynamic, mindfulness, CBT, and family systems. I work well with clients seeking help to address the sequels of adverse childhood experiences, trauma, ongoing life challenges and symptoms, and clients who desire to engage in a self-knowledge process.
I approach issues from a non-pathologizing perspective, placing more interest on understanding my clients' experience, background, and present situation. I welcome and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families with diverse individual and cultural identities and family structures. I look forward to hearing from you!
