Eating Disorder Recovery Group

The group is open to people struggling with Anorexia, Bulimia and Binge Eating Disorders. We focus on identifying triggers, improving self talk and body image, mindful eating, coping skills and relapse prevention. The outcome is a healthier relationship with food, an improved body image and an enhanced self esteem.
