I specialize in helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, low-self esteem, relationship difficulties, and other symptoms of attachment trauma. If you struggle with making decisions, if you're not sure how to navigate relationships, or if you sometimes just feel "lost," therapy can be beneficial. Early attachment wounding can cause ruptures to one's sense of internal safety and identity formation, but we will work together to explore and process your thoughts and emotions in the safety of a corrective attachment experience - the therapeutic relationship itself.
I use an attachment-based psychodynamic approach to aid in building insight and awareness around past/present feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal patterns. Various methods will be used to empower you to explore and process your emotions because they will guide you toward creating meaningful change that feels authentic and is in alignment with your values.
