I offer an integrative approach to therapy with a focus on strengths in individuals and relationships as a foundation of growth. The theoretical foundations that inform my counseling include Person Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR Therapy.
I have a great passion for empowering those suffering from chronic mental health disorders such as BIPOLAR disorder. I also hold experience with Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, PTSD, Abuse and TRAUMA. I am trained in EMDR. It is my honor to work with you.
