I work with children, adults, couples and families. I specialize in working with the existential nature of the human journey, complex childhood trauma, spiritual path work, play therapy, integration of psychedelics, relational connections, addiction, sexuality and grief. I am passionate about finding bridges between psyche, the heart and the body.
I am trained in Brainspotting, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Neuroaffective Touch and more. I have worked with my own complex childhood trauma for over 20 years, raised 2 children to adulthood, including one with autism & spent 20 years as a military wife. I am passionate about working with humans who have felt alone.
