I provide holistic psychotherapy to help my clients create a more joyful and fulfilling life for themselves. I work well with a wide variety of psychoemotional problems. These include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions. Relationship difficulties are a specialty of mine and I take a lot of joy in helping people improve their relationship life. My approach is different than most therapy and psychiatry in that it's not just about reducing symptoms, it's about each person's unique prescription for happiness.
A main specialty of mine is treating addiction, and I'm an original researcher and theorist in the field. I recently published my "Multidimensional Developmental Theory (MDT) of substance addiction," and this model is very in line with findings from positive psychology. Mine is a very open-minded and flexible approach to helping people overcome addictions
