I am a gay identified clinician who provides psychotherapy for both Individuals and couples. My primary clinical approach is heavily informed by third-wave Cognitive Behavior therapies (CBT) which incorporate the newest advances in western therapeutic thought and are highly effective in treating a variety of issues. These therapies include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. I have received advanced training in these approaches and have been using them in my clinical practice since 2007.
I prioritize providing my clients with psychotherapy that is effective, discrete, affirming, compassionate and client centered.
