I work with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with substance use, addiction, recovery issues, codependency, depression, anxiety, grief, and stress related mental illness. I support individuals, couples, and families looking to improve their lives by actively pursuing change through the therapeutic process. I primarily work with families who are interested in change and the challenge of trying new things to improve their mental wellness.

My specialty centers around the recovery process from addiction for individuals and families. This often includes dealing with co-occurring symptoms including depression, anxiety, and poor stress responses. I often work with the family members of individuals on how to best support their loved ones.

Exercise and nutrition can play an important role in the recovery process. For clients who are interested, I also offer personal training and health coaching services to allow clients the greatest opportunity for improvements in their mental and physical health and wellness.
