I work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or those feeling lonely or bored with life. I have been practicing 20 plus years and will develop a treatment regime for you. The work is meaningful, rewarding, insightful, and life-changing. Good mental health is primary since it affects everything, so let's work together on fixing things. I am also work with trauma and highly anxious persons as a somatic experiencing practitioner (SEP.) This group is for people with anxiety, depression, relationships tackling issues due to negative and self-defeating thoughts about themselves. During the workshop, participants learn skills and solutions to manage those issues holding them back. The Daring Way method is based on the research of Brene Brown, Ph.D. LMSW. The Workshop starts on Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM; Saturday 9 am to 5 PM; Sunday 9 AM up to 5 PM; inquire about cost and dates if not stated below. There is also a six-week modality.
