I aim to provide a space for my clients that is secure, safe, and promotes empowerment and healing. I take a holistic and client centered approach and begin where my clients are at. My style is very east coast; direct, real and to the point. I hold my clients accountable in a kind and compassionate way in order to provide knowledge and self awareness on what may be coming up for you.
I am part of the BIPOC, LGBTQ+ & Hispanic community. I help clients deconstruct cultural narratives and societal stigmas. One of my passions is supporting my clients in developing self-awareness, expression, and compassion towards themselves. I encourage my clients to bring a journal or a notebook with them to learn as therapy can be a hands on experience.
Together, we can invite a process of healing and growth and help you build confidence in tackling life's obstacles.
