Relationships can be challenging-whether with a partner, friend, boss, or even yourself. As a therapist my goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for you to be able to address and process life's challenges. My passion is working with couples and individuals struggling with anxiety, conflict resolution, relational challenges, communication, infidelity, boundary setting, and overall life balance.

I see my role as one of collaboration and challenge—I will push you to try new things, think outside of the box, and change some of the patterns you have grown accustomed, in order to encourage growth and accomplish your goals.

My approach as a therapist is eclectic; I do not believe in a one size fits all method. Therapy is a vulnerable experience and I want this to be a space where you feel comfortable sharing and processing. Your experience in therapy should be just as unique as you are.
