I help women struggling with anxiety and ADHD gain confidence and develop skills that support their neurodiverse brains. People diagnosed with ADHD are more likely to experience challenges with anxiety, depression, and disordered eating; this combination can make functioning day-to-day feel like a constant uphill battle.
In our work together, we'll use elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Attachment Theory to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. For clients who also struggle with ADHD, we'll find ways to improve your executive function skills and how to advocate for your needs as a neurodiverse person.
Finding a therapist can be a daunting task, I offer a complimentary 15-minute, no-strings-attached initial consultation so you can decide if I fit what you're looking for. If I'm not a match, I'll provide referrals to other providers who might be what you're looking for.
