I've developed a deep awareness and understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of looking through a holistic lens. This, along with attachment theory and being trauma informed, helps guide me in my practice. Together, we can find tools to help manage symptoms, while also addressing the root cause in order to find wholeness and connection.
When we find a way to be with our experiences, including the difficult emotions that arise when feeling them, we find our way to meaning and purpose.
