My strongsuit as a therapist is helping clients understand the neuroscience and the psychology behind their experience, empowering them to manage their mental health on their own. My goal is to get you out the door in as few sessions as possible, so you can be out there living the life you deserve.
I draw from training in Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (or Affect Phobia), Brainspotting, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, yoga, and Mindfulness-Based interventions. Although I can move at your pace, I can also provide structure and guidance when you feel lost on your healing journey.
