I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who experience anxiety, depression, ADHD, or behavioral challenges. My experiences include working with children and adolescents who have experienced past trauma, as well as adolescents experiencing challenges within their family or school. I strive to work with my clients and families on strengthening their skills to feel more successful in their daily lives.
I use Cognitive-Behavioral interventions as well as mindfulness, behavioral, and trauma-specific interventions. I work with my clients to tailor strategies and interventions that work best for them. I encourage family members and parents to be an active part of treatment, and provide parents with coaching sessions to support their child.
