My areas of special interest are anxiety (social, panic attacks, generalized anxiety and perfectionism), depression, grief/loss, adjusting to chronic illnesses and complex medical conditions, life transitions, substance abuse, stress, sexual trauma, sex-trafficking victims, adoptions, foster/group homes, self-harm.
