After years of practicing law and operating a small business, I understand the importance of mental wellness to address burnout, stagnation, and isolation in our personal and professional lives.
My approach is grounded in my belief that every individual has the innate power to grow and heal when they open themselves to self-exploration and receive compassionate, empathetic support while doing so. I am committed to helping clients seek personal development and feel connected to their bodies and their communities.
