At the end of the day I believe we are all basically doing our best . My job is to facilitate in understanding the meanings behind behaviors and feelings that are disrupting your life or relationships. I work on getting to know you at your own pace, as I believe that this is the best way for an authentic relationship to develop.
I specialize in treating couples and individuals. Those who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and more. I work with a variety of people to explore with them the root of their struggles, with the hope that we can uncover the underlying causes that prevent you from living a more satisfying life.
My approach is honest and kind. I think I have a good sense of humor, while taking things very seriously at the same time. I find this also lends itself to a deeper treatment experience. In addition to my practice I am pursuing my PhD at The Institute for Clinical Social Work.
