With over 15 years of experience as a practicing therapist, I understand that therapy is not the easiest journey to take when you have to address challenging life circumstances. The easier path to take is to do nothing and remain unhappy and dissatisfied. Meaningful change in life will not happen unless you make the commitment to change. I provide a safe, comfortable, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to do the work you need to do so you are better able to fulfill your dreams. I provide individual, couples (dating, premarital, marriage, divorce, post-divorce), and family therapy, with specialty emphasis on health-related wellness, relationship development, career exploration, and mental health. Making healthy choices that impact your physical health, weight management, significant relationships, and level of employment fulfillment is becoming increasingly more difficult.
