My areas of interest include well-defined boundaries, communication, anxiety, stress management, depression, relationships issues, and personal fulfillment. As an LGBTQ+ therapist, I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients and allies. I utilize mindfulness, evidence-based strategies, and collaborative styles through a direct and grounded approach to therapy.
