I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and compulsive behaviors (Addictions). Using a combination of CBT, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal and Psychodynamic Psychotherapies I am able to focus on decreasing your symptoms while addressing the underlying core issues that may be driving them, so they are less likely to return.
I have over 18 years of full-time clinical experience in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. I strive to make each session part of an ongoing natural conversation, filled with warmth, compassion, teaching, insight and humor. Most of my patients wished they started therapy years ago.
