I work with a diverse population of clients providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy to those struggling with alcoholism, drug addiction, eating disorders as well as mood and anxiety disorders. I have extensive experience working in both inpatient settings and in my private practice. In my work I am compassionate, engaged, attentive, playful, fierce, challenging, non-judgmental, and tender. I am a client centered, humanistic, depth psychologist, which means that therapy is focused on clients and their issues. I believe in authenticity, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. Together we work to address multiple areas of client's life.
In our work, we often explore those unspoken, unheard, hidden factors impacting the lives of clients, which can lead to positive change. In this regard, I periodically employ mindful practice, hypnosis, and dream analysis.
