Because of my broad background in psychodynamic psychotherapy, human development, academic advising, school counseling, and theology, I am able to use a variety of lenses to see and languages to interpret the inner and outer workings of individuals struggling to make sense of and integrate their inner and outer lives.

I work with individuals from a host of backgrounds, those who identify specific problems like addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, and depression, or general concerns about their identity or relationships.
