I collaborate with adolescents, adults, and couples facing a variety of issues related to stress, identity, extreme emotions, interpersonal conflict, and relationship-building. I have experience working with clients from a range of diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, and have a particular passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ clients. I also rely on 15+ years of career experience in consulting and investing to effectively partner with students and professionals struggling in high-pressure academic and work environments.
I rely on an evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approach; I have trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other cognitive therapies, but also incorporate psychodynamic and relational approaches when appropriate and helpful for you. I'm also more than happy to explain exactly what these different approaches look like!
I strive for authenticity, honesty, and deep trust in the therapeutic relationships I build. I engage clients with curiosity, candor, and empathy, and I am driven by an unwavering belief in everyone’s capacity to lead a life they consider worthwhile.
