You can learn to manage your anxiety through understanding yourself and your body's response to stress.

By learning on the wisdom of trauma-informed therapies, I will help you learn how to listen to your body's response to stress and understand your fight or flight system. Working through the body's stored trauma and finding current triggers can lead to relief and healing.
