I have many years experience helping individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, social/relational/family conflict, academic and workplace difficulties, as well as life transitions - big and small.
I support each individual's unique needs and ensure that you are met with compassion, connection, and a path forward that feels empowering. I use CBT, DBT, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, play therapy interventions, and Hypnotherapy to get to the root causes of your concerns.
My goal is to help you feel heard, hopeful, and emotionally safe. Together we will focus on strategies to help you cope and improve your present situation while developing long-lasting skills for your future.
