I also welcome clients who are seeking therapy for the first time.

My approach incorporates mindfulness to help examine how your past has influenced your present. This helps us better understand what life events, relationships, and systems have impacted where you are at right now and gives space to move forward to where you want to be. My approach is LBGTQ-affirmative and trauma-informed.
