My practice focus: child, adolescent & family, all relationships, anger & stress mgmt., depression & loss, parent education & support, all types of anxiety and help for children with ADHD/ADD. I also provide testing.

My clinical perspective is to look not only at what is not going well, but what strengths the client has. Also I view therapy as a team endeavor, the alliance of therapist & client has everything to do with successful outcomes.

In this group clients who experience difficulty managing angry emotions & have trouble dealing with stress will learn to to that effectively. This group will look at the internal & external triggers of anger & stress to help the individual identify their feelings before they reaction. We will also role play how to deal with strong emotion appropriately.
