Social Anxiety Recovery Group is for people who suffer from social anxiety disorder. This group is focused on the treatment of social anxiety with Schema therapy, Mindfulness-Based, & DBT in a group setting. This group is designed to help you practice new ways of dealing with situations that might lead to anxiety. In a safe group environment, you are encouraged to confront your anxiety and change the way you think and feel about certain social circumstances. This group helps you to become a health adult and helps you to build health relationships with others. SARG is an ongoing group.

Trauma Recovery Group (self pay)
Trauma Recovery Group (male & female) is to support and to empower individuals affected by abuse, neglect, abandonment, enmeshment, has low self-esteem, anxiety, depression and other issues that hinder personal growth, relationships and vocational effectiveness. You may or may not have a diagnosis of mental health or substance use disorders, and may experience addiction, neglect, abuse or any type of childhood trauma, acquire social and emotional habits and patterns that no longer work in adulthood. Survival behaviors are such as compulsive care taking, martyring, scapegoating, controlling, people-pleasing, and approval-seeking. Trauma Recovery group is an ongoing group that meets weekly Thursday evening.
